Why fused silica?
Our calibration substrates are fabricated using fused silica wafers. Ultra-low impurity and low dielectric constant, guarantee low losses, highly riproducible fabrication process and single-mode propagation up to (sub)millimeter wave wave frequencies.
The most accurate models on the market
All our calibration structures are modelled using full 3D EM simulations. This, in combination with the high resolution of the fabrication technology, allows the have the most accurate models for planar calibration on the market.
Compatible with all wafer probes on the market
Our models are probe-independent. That means you can use them with all probes on the market. Never care anymore to pair probes and calibration substrates!

Calibration standards for SOLT, RSOL and
LRM calibrations from 0 to 67 GHz. 100-150 um probe pitch.
Calibration standards for TRL calibration,
working from 67 to 325 GHz. 75-125 um probe pitch.
